Strengthening First Nation Administration
The OTC Leadership & Learning Series is a collaborative professional development initiative designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and confidence of First Nation administration staff. Developed by Ogemawahj Tribal Council in collaboration with TRAICON, the series responds to the diverse responsibilities staff carry by providing practical, accessible training that supports both current roles and future career development.

Through courses in strategic planning, governance, financial administration, fundraising, project management, grant writing, volunteer management, team development, digital marketing, diversity, and program evaluation, the series represents a long-term investment in the people who help strengthen First Nation organizations and communities.
