Learn the five phases of the project life cycle while learning to create project plans with clear scope, timelines, and budgets. Gain hands-on experience with tools like Gantt charts, work breakdown structures (WBS), and risk registers, and develop practical strategies to track progress, manage risks, adapt to change, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

All courses are delivered online and asynchronously, allowing participants to learn at their own pace and complete coursework according to their schedules. This flexibility makes it accessible for busy professionals.
Course/Program Cost
Courses can be taken as INDIVIDUAL COURSES $375 per course to earn a Micro-credential badge, or completed as a FULL PROGRAM for $2,995 to receive a Master Certificate in Nonprofit Management Essentials.
Tailored Learning
Participants have the flexibility to enroll in individual courses to meet specific interests and professional needs, earning a micro-credential for each completed course. Alternatively, they can enroll in the entire program (all 9 courses) to earn the full Nonprofit Management Essentials Milestone micro-credential, validating a comprehensive skillset.
